  Write personalized prospect messages right in HubSpot. With one click, Zinnia inserts tailored copy into the HubSpot email composer.

⚙️ HubSpot Integration Checklist

✅ HubSpot account connected

✅ Zinnia extension installed

✅ Login authenticated via SSO or HubSpot credentials

✅ Zinnia panel visible on company and deal records

🛠️ For Admins

1. Visit https://app.getzinnia.com/settings/organization-integrations
2. Click on Connect under the Hubspot Card and follow the instructions
3. Verify contacts and companies are being synced over Zinnia (this operation may take up to a hour)

💻 Installing the Zinnia Chrome Extension

👩‍💻For End Users

1. Go to: chrome.google.com/webstore
2. Search: “Zinnia for HubSpot”

3. Click Add to Chrome → Add Extension
4. Log in using your HubSpot account
5. Open HubSpot and look for the Zinnia icon in the right-hand sidebar
6. Pin Zinnia in Chrome for quick access
   • Click the puzzle icon 🔧 > pin 📌 Zinnia

• Can’t see the Zinnia panel? ➡ Refresh HubSpot and re-authenticate.
• Extension not loading? ➡ Remove and re-add the Zinnia Chrome extension.
• Data not syncing? ➡ Check HubSpot API permissions or contact [email protected].
